On Sunday, 7th May 2023, after the Divine Liturgy which begins at 10am, there will be a memorial service at St. Sava's Church for the innocent victims of the attack in the Belgrade primary school.

BECOME A SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH BENEFACTOR AND PARTICIPANT IN THE PRESERVATION OF SERBIAN PROPERTY IN KOSOVO AND METOHIJA

In May of 2014 the Holy Synod of Bishops of Serbian Orthodox Church made a decision to establish a fund for raising money to help Serbian Orthodox people in Kosovo and Metohija.

Тhe fund will have the specific intention of purchasing real estate property belonging to the Serbian refugees who had left Kosovo and Metohija, because by selling the properties to non-Serbs, the whole Serbian enclave will be permanently endangered. That would prevent the properties being sold to non-Serbs and would ensure the survival of our Holy Monasteries and Churches as well as all Serbian people living in Kosovo and Metohija.

At the same time, the Fund is planning to support commercial and other building projects in order to encourage the employment and advancement of young people who wish to stay and live in the area permanently.

We'd like to inform you that from the second Saturday of the Great Lent there will be memorial services for the departed after the Holy Liturgy. All parishioners can leave the names of their departed at the table which will be positioned at the centre of the Church. Those who wish to bring koljivo, can do so.

After the new restrictive measures introduced by the UK government last night, we inform you that nothing has changed in relation to churches and other places of worship, and everything remains the same in the church of St. Sava as we have recently informed you about the Christmas services.

Please note: You must not stay, socialise and talk with other people in the church during and after the Holy Liturgy.
