Award for Jelena Obradović

Our teacher, Jelena Obradović, who works during the week as a teacher at Knightsbridge School, a private school in London, received an award in December 2024 from the same school for her organisation and dedication to work. The award was given to her in recognition of the love with which she performs her job, ensuring that school activities run smoothly.

The award citation highlights that Jelena is always willing to help her colleagues and students, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the classrooms. She also enjoys great trust from both students and parents, contributing to stronger collaboration and a sense of community.

This award affirms Jelena’s commitment to education and her desire to make the school a place where everyone feels welcome and supported.

Congratulations to Jelena on this prestigious award! We are proud that, as a teacher at the Church School of St. Sava in London, she enjoys such respect and trust in one of London’s most prestigious schools.

Prof. Mashanovich's visit to Serbia - December 2024

During his regular December visit to Serbia, where he works with postgraduate students as a visiting professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Prof. Dr. Goran Mašanović, Deputy Director of the St. Sava Church School in London, had several very productive meetings and discussions.

Prof. Mašanović met with representatives of the Ministry of Education in Belgrade and the Azbukum Center in Novi Sad. During these meetings, the existing cooperation was analysed, satisfaction was expressed with its development, and a firm commitment was made to continue this collaboration for mutual benefit.

Prof. Mašanović also held meetings with the founder of the private school "Zvezdobrojci" in Belgrade, representatives of the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade regarding their visit to our school in March 2025 and the workshops they will organise for our pupils, as well as with Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Kavčić from the United States, whose foundation offers free textbooks for students in Serbia.

All these contacts are crucial for the further development of our school and for enriching the educational offerings.
